Raptors add size by signing Canadian Oshae Brissett, two others - Sportsnet.ca

The Toronto Raptors added size to their roster Tuesday by signing forwards Devin Robinson and Oshae Brissett along with centre Sagaba Konate.

Terms of the deals weren’t disclosed.

Brissett, from Mississauga, Ont., played the last two seasons with Syracuse. The six-foot-eight, 210 pounder averaged 12.4 points, 7.5 rebounds and 33.0 minutes in 34 games with the Orange while scoring in double figures 23 times and posting seven double-doubles.

He represented Canada at the 2016 FIBA Americas U18 Championship in Chile and helped them earn a silver medal.

Robinson played seven games with the Washington Wizards last season averaging 6.7 points, 2.9 rebounds and 13.6 minutes. The six-foot-eight, 200 pounder averaged 19.9 points, 8.2 rebounds and 34.4 minutes in the G League.

Konate, also six-foot-eight, was limited to eight games with West Virginia last year with a right knee injury. But he’s the Mountaineers’ all-time leader in career blocks during his three years with the team.

With these three signings, the Raptors’ training camp roster is now capped at 20.
