The Grey Bruce Health Unit reported four new COVID-19 infections Friday.
The four newest cases were reported in Georgian Bluffs, Hanover, Owen Sound and South Bruce.
The health unit is now following 30 active confirmed cases in the two counties including three identified as a variant of concern. There are also 56 high-risk close contacts associated with the known active cases.
None of the active COVID-19 cases are hospitalized, but two confirmed cases from Grey-Bruce are hospitalized outside of the region, according to the health unit’s report. The two hospitalized outside of Grey-Bruce are not connected to the Hanover rooming house outbreak, the health unit said.
