Were you one of the lucky ones to spot the trail of lights in the sky Tuesday night?
While some thought they were seeing a UFO, it was in fact a series of SpaceX Starlink satellites launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
The 60 satellites were still in low orbit when most people saw them, and the phenomenon and is commonly known as a ‘Starlink train’ while they are still clustered together.
Starlinks are broadband internet satellites created and operated by US aerospace manufacturer SpaceX, one of billionaire Elon Musk’s companies
In March, a strikingly similar scenario played out in the night sky, which turned out to be debris from a SpaceX rocket coming back down from orbit.
