The park features classic favourites such as mini-golf, go-karts, and bumper boats, alongside unique attractions like the Tornado, Tilt-a-Whirl and a bungee tree. For sports enthusiasts, the Aeroball—a combination of basketball and trampolining—provides a thrilling challenge.
Additionally, the park boasts an arcade, a rock climbing wall and a temporary tattoo parlour, where Savage himself often applies the "ink."
There are plenty of rides for little ones like the Helicopter, which lets kids feel as if they are driving their own choppers.
And don’t forget about the Windmill, the ice cream parlour that has been a part of Osoyoos since 1974 and became part of Rattlesnake Canyon when it opened in 1998. That is where you can find 48 flavours of ice cream that are dished out in monster-sized proportions.
Parking is free, and there is no admission to come into the park. All you have to pay for is the rides and activities. You can buy individual tickets for rides or you can buy a pass, which offers unlimited rides all day long.
Another cool part of Rattlesnake Canyon is it is pet friendly.
“We love to see people bringing their dogs,” Savage says. “We have dog bowls all around with water for the doggies.”
The park also features a gemstone mining station, where visitors can sift through sand to discover gemstones and fossils, adding an educational twist to their visits.
